UPDATED June 18, 2020

Due to recent heavy rain falls, several forest access roads have been washed out.  DFMC has been setting priority and fixing them as soon as possible.

Details are provided for below outstanding washouts.  Click on your road of interest
       If the road is no longer listed here, it has been fixed.





TWENTY MILE CREEK ROAD
  • About 800m south of Hodgins Road junction, the Twenty Mile Creek Road is washed out.  
  • Access to Good Lake Road is from the south
  • Access to Hodkins Road is from the north
  • Repairs are being schedule for after June 29, 2020 due to fisheries and spawning protection.

LORNE LAKE BRIDGE
  • About 3.5Km on the Lorne Lake Road, the bridge has been closed to all traffic. 
  • An Engineer has been schedule to review the integrity of the struture in mid-July 2020. 
  • At that point a repair senario will be developed.

PAIR LAKE ROAD
  • About 2.4Km from Amesdale Road is washed out.  
  • The area is being considered for a Ford Crossing installation - water can flow over the road, and you can drive through the water.
